The online auction made it sound so great. Affordable land IS hard to come by, even on the internet. So I thought we should go check it out. Of course, the description didn’t show all the trash on the property, BUT I still didn’t think it was too bad for the price. Twilight disagreed and was not amused by the “waste of a perfectly good afternoon” spent driving down “roads unfit for a fucking mule to walk down”. The brakes on our car started squeaking, but I thought they could wait. Within just a few short weeks they started grinding- then the car spent three days in the shop! Editing one of our recent video shoots I had to stop and pull some stills for this spanking blog. The images were too beautiful to wait until movie was finished. Actually, another movie clip was supposed to come before these, but I was so shocked at how well the lighting and cinematography worked in parts that I had to share these stills now.

When we shoot a video, obviously, there are lights, a basic plot, camera angles and planning involved. We like to pull snippets of fact from our real lives, twisting them around to create a fantasy that is at once both fun and poignant. A surprising amount of truth ends up in our videos, which are on the face fictional.

For this video the premise was that I forgot Twilight telling me about plans to see “The Vagina Monologues”, so when she came in, already running late, I was not even dressed to go out. Indeed, I so blanked out our early morning conversation that I planned to gallery hopping. Twilight, already hurt by my lackadaisical attitude towards an event she had anticipated for the past week, became truly upset when I referred to her missed show as “a bunch of hairy lesbians talking about their pussies”.

It was time for a spanking, and a good one at that. Shortly, I found myself upon the dining table receiving the just reward for my flippancy and cheek. I’ve read longingly as a few other spanking bloggers mention the end of Winter, but here in the high desert (or alpine valley which it is also) Spring has come all too late. We just had what I hope is our last snow storm, its been an uncommonly harsh Winter, and its sunny and warm and distinctly no longer Winter. Yippie!

We often go on hikes, and of course on a goodly portion of those hikes your’s truly gets a switching. Going through my hard drive I found this picture from one of those hikes two summers ago in the nearby mountains. Wow! We just got back from a long and grueling weekend of shoots. This after a few days of car problems. The clip store is helping too but we aren’t quite breaking even yet, and that is before equipment costs. But we are getting closer to starting up the paysite, and I am really psyched about that.

I am also proud of how our videos are coming along. I studied photography years ago in college, but this project is the first real video project either of us have done. Already, I feel we are producing very good work and without the deficiencies I believe plague most F/m spanking porn. We are hoping to have a model call soon, to get an occasional shoot for the site with a fresh face. Yes, all talent will show faces, and actually all talent will be paid too… which is fair but NOT standard as Prefectdt and Pandora Blake have both recently blogged.

The mess in the kitchen was completely unacceptable. There were dishes everywhere, spoiled food on day-old plates, and even an empty whiskey bottle on the counter. That meant I was in for a spanking. Outdoor spankings are some of our favorites, but this winter has been too long and hard to venture into nature on kinky hikes and forays. So when the opportunity presented itself for a different kind of outdoor spanking, off came my clothes. Being naked outside in a city is a completely different experience, with cars driving by just meters away.

Finally new photos. Here are some stills from our recent shoot! These are actually frame grabs from the video with our new HDV camcorder. For frame captures I think they turned out amazingly well. I think they are usable as stills for some of the sets once we have our paysite up. Please let me know what you think! Previously it has been very difficult to do the stills with a “real” camera and the video on a second camera, basically it means I get spanked twice as much for the same amount of video, and thats really not fair all around.

It had been a while since I had been spanked. Too long to be sure. Twilight made a list of my various little (or not) misdeeds since my last punishment. She didn’t want to miss out on spanking me for them all… at least not the more serious ones. There were, thankfully, only four of these. An implement of correction each!
